On completion of your website, we will upload it to our live demo server, where you will be able to proof the website and ask for any amendments. It is your responsibility to make sure all content and contact forms are working and are correct.

Once you are happy with your website and wish to go live we require the remaining payment in full and once processed we will register your free UK domain and hosting. Failure to make the final payment with in 2 weeks after you have approved will mean the loss of the website unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you require changes or extra info to be added after your website has gone live, we charge £40 per hour.

Once your website has gone live, you’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to start your monthly website maintenance subscription. Within the email there will be a link to PayPal where you make your first payment. Once you make your first payment, future payments will be taken automatically each month on the same date you made your first payment. i.e. if you made your first payment on the 10th May all future payments will come out of your bank account on the 10th of each month.

If you need help over the course of the month with website amendments, we include an hour or two hours depending on your choose of package of developer time per month in your ongoing maintenance fee. If you need significant assistance with website amendments that require more developer time, this can be arranged at £40 per hour.

There is a minimum term of contract of 12 months, so after 12 months you can choose to carry on with the service or cancel it. To cancel the service it is up to you to contact us to ask to cancel, it will not cancel automatically.

Should you sign up to our service but then decide not to proceed at any stage before the website is live then we reserve the right to only partially refund your payment. Under UK law (the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000) you do not have an automatic right to cancel your website after you sign up to our service. This is because our service begins as soon as you have made your payment. However we will always do our best to refund any money that has not been used to cover our service at our discretion.

We will provide a UK domain name for you as part of your annual charge. This domain will be registered for at least as long as you use our service. If you no longer wish to use our service then we are happy to transfer the domain name to another hosting business should you wish, but will ask for an admin charge of £10.00 to do this.

Any instances of domain abuse should be emailed to info@fleeandbeardigital.co.uk

Complaints should be sent to info@fleeandbeardigital.co.uk
